Dr. Michael V. Mulligan, a leader for 35 years in the career management
consulting business, founded The Mulligan Career Pathing Institute (MCPI)
in January 2005. Dr. Mulligan felt there should be a place where people
could go for continuous career counseling and coaching. MCPI's mission is
to help indivduals chart a rewarding career path and become the best in their
chosen field.

Career Counselors and Coaches
Dr. Mulligan has selected senior leaders from different industries and
trained them to be the best career counselors and coaches in the career
pathing business. Dr. Mulligan is a counseling psychologist and certified
by The Institute of Career Certification International to certify individuals
as career counselors.

Location:
The MCPI national headquarters and main counseling center is in Rolling
Meadows, IL. MCPI also has offices in downtown Chicago and surrounding
suburban areas. MCPI coaches can meet individuals at any of these locations
plus other offices in the U.S.A.

Services Offered
The Mulligan Career Pathing Institute offers services both to those employed
and unemployed. Companies can sponsor their employees or individuals may sponsor
themselves. The four services include:
Individual Counseling and Coaching
- Self and Career Assessment: Choosing the right career field and position for you.
- Career Field and Position Preparation: Selecting the right educational programs,
institutions of higher education and work experience.
- Job Search Assistance

- Developing a plan to implement a Career Pathing Program for memebers of the Team Unit

- Your records will be maintained in our system in a confidential manner so we can assist you better when the need arises.

- Refund Policy
- Individual Counseling Services:
Clients will pay MCPI after the hourly counseling service has been provided.
If testing is involved clients will pay ahead of time for cost of the testing
and scoring and will pay later for the interpretation time. If a client has an
appointment with an MCPI Counselor, they must call 24 hours prior to the appointment
time to reschedule. If they do not, they will be charged $50.00 for missing the
appointment.
- Career and Leadership Workshops
Clients will pay the total fee two weeks before each workshop. One third of the
fee is for testing and assessment and this money is never refunded. If a client
cancels 72 hours before the workshop, they will receive two thirds of their fee back
or apply it to the next workshop. Clients can pay an hourly rate to have their
test results interpreted.
- Publications (Shipping and Handling)
Clients will receive a refund or replacement on any book or books that are received damaged.
